Air Freshner for the "flu" season

There are only a few things worse than not being able to breathe because of a cold or flu! Try this super easy and simple substitute for "vicks". You can put it in a warmer, spray it on your blankets and pillows for a good nights sleep, you can use it in your vaporizer, Oil diffuser or put it on your stove and let it slowly evaporate into your home. I usually do all of the above every day during the winter..... just to keep "old man winter" from raining the flu bug inside of my home!
Super simple to make - a spray bottle, water, essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary & Lemon. This simple and quick recipe will help you to breath easier, relieve chest congestion, open stuffy sinuses and the best part is it only takes a few minutes to whip up a batch and you can mist your home daily including your blankets and pillows. This is a much healthier option than vicks.
Lets get started!

1 Spray bottle (any garden variety sprayer works fine)
20 oz. Water Filtered or boiled tap water
10 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
10 Drops Eucalytus Essential Oil
10 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil
10 Drops Lemon Essential Oil

Put water in the spray bottle, add in your essential oils. Shake well and spray as you would any air freshener. What are you waiting for? Try it and get the relief you have been waiting for naturally! This is the change you have been waiting for!
