Soy & Garlic Chicken is a quick to assemble dinner that wakes up your tastebuds. You can use any cut of chicken you have on hand, I used skinless / boneless Chicken breasts since this is what I already had in the freezer. The great thing about the breast meat is that it will not only cut down on your prep time, but also allows you to quickly convert the leftovers to a "salad" for another quick dinner variation!

That is a meal and it is packed with fat coming in at 25% of your daily value! Sonic slushies are better on the calories coming in around 172 for the watermelon but that is offset by the sugar 45,800 mg, and Sodium at 27 mg!
