3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
3 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
3 drops Lemon Essential Oil
per gallon of water for a safe and healthy alternative to "vicks" vaposteam.

You can also use this same mixture of oils in 8 ounces of water. Mix in a fine mist spray bottle and use to spray down your pillows for a comforting night of rest. This helps to relieve the congestion that gathers in your head while you rest. Tea Tree oil is good for your respiratory system and just that alone seems to help my seasonal allergies (that last ALL year).
